DEPOT IKONS COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
By participating in the DEPOT IKONS competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The competition is organised by Conceptual Brands, the proud distributors of DEPOT Male Tools & Co in Australia.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants aged 18 or over who are employed as a barber, hairdresser, stylist or apprentice under a licensed barber shop or salon. DEPOT Male Tools Ambassadors, employees, and associates are not eligible to enter.
By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and are entitled to receive any prizes awarded.
- Entry Limit: One entry per person.
- Entry Fee: AUD $79.00, inclusive of the DEPOT IKON Styling Kit.
Submission Requirements:
Each entry must include:
- Three clear photos of the model showcasing the look created.
- A description of your process and the product(s) used, including:
- Whether the product was applied to wet or dry hair.
- Whether the product was layered or used as a single styling solution.
- The entire form must be completed to create a valid entry.
The Prize
The winner will receive an overseas educational experience with the DEPOT Male Tools Global Team. The dates will be confirmed after the winner is announced, based on the availability of the global team and translators.
- Prize Terms: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
- If unforeseen circumstances arise, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value.
- DEPOT Male Tools & Co AU’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be selected after competing on stage at the Barber Expo in April 2026. Attendance at the Barber Expo is mandatory and must be arranged and paid for by the entrant.
If a finalist does not respond to notification of their status within 14 days of the second email being sent, they forfeit their position. In this instance, DEPOT Male Tools & Co reserves the right to select an alternative finalist.
Delivery of the Prize
Once the winner is announced, a Brand Representative will contact them to discuss travel arrangements and schedule the educational experience.

File Requirements:
- Images to be uploaded as a JPEG or PNG file.
- Maximum file size: 5MB per image.

- A detailed description of how DEPOT products were used during your creative process.

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order. The shipping time of your order will depend on the courier, with east coast metro areas taking 2-3 bsuiness days and regional areas, SA, NT, WA and TAS taking upto 5-7 business days.
Please note, we cannot use a PO BOX address for our orders
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to let us know if there is an order discrepancy or damaged stock. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
